1. WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO?

FORA ships worldwide - except Brazil and Russia due to customs regulations.

2. HOW LONG SHOULD IT TAKE FOR MY GLASSES TO ARRIVE?

Typical delivery takes 2-3 business days to arrive. After the order is placed we will send an order confirmation and all the information you need. The shipping cost varies between 0€-25€ depending on your geographic location.

3. CAN I RETURN / EXCHANGE MY ORDER?

Yes, we offer a 30-day no-quibble returns policy from the delivery date of your package. You may request to return or exchange any item - subject to our return policy. In order to receive a return/exchange authorization please send us an email (orders@fora.pt) with the order number at your earliest convenience. Your opinion is everything to us so please explain in the email the reason for your return/exchange so we can keep improving our products and service.

All merchandise must be returned/exchanged unworn and in like-new condition with the original packaging.

4. WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, PayPal and MBWay payments from customers worldwide. ATM payments are also available for Portugal residents.

5. WHAT IS THE SIZE OF THE SUNGLASSES / GLASSES?

You can find it on our product description and details when you have selected a frame. You may also use our "Virtual Try-on" in each product page.

6. DO YOU HAVE DIFFERENT TYPES OF LENSES?

Yes! If you’re interested in customizing your sunglasses with different ZEISS® lenses (e.g. polarized lenses, mirrored and colored lenses, etc.) please send us an email to orders@fora.pt

7. WHAT KIND OF PROTECTION DO YOUR GLASSES / SUNGLASSES HAVE?

The sun lenses and optical lenses fitted in FORA frames comply with all major international safety provisions featuring 100% protection against UVA/UVB, and are designed to protect against the sun and wind.

8. HOW DO I BUY PRESCRIPTION GLASSES?

Do you have your full eye glass prescription with you? Including your pupilary distance for both eyes? You may visit the Optical section of our website, select your desired frame, select the desired lens and you will then be asked for your prescription which you can enter manually, upload the prescription file or email later.

If you wish to buy them in person you can take your glasses to one of our flagship stores in Lisbon (Chiado or Prata) and Porto (Mouzinho da Silveira) where our optical technicians can help you select the right style, choose the right lenses, and fulfil your prescription in 20 minutes.

9. WHICH CARRIERS DO YOU USE?

Our carrier partners are DHL Express, GLS, DPD and Batch.

10. WHERE CAN I BUY MY GLASSES OR SUNGLASSES IN-STORE?

If you wish to buy your glasses in person, you can either buy them at our flagship stores in Lisbon (Chiado or Prata) and Porto (Clérigos e Mouzinho) or at our retail partners.

11. DO YOU OFFER WARRANTY?

All FORA eyewear is warranted for twenty-four months (2 years) from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects. Coverage is only valid with the proof of purchase (original receipt/invoice) from FORA or from an authorized FORA dealer. Alteration of FORA products will void the warranty. During the term of this warranty, FORA will replace any current style, which is deemed by FORA to possess a manufacturer’s defect. Scratched lenses or other wear and tear as a result of normal use are not covered by this warranty.

Certain conditions may invalidate warranty coverage including but not limited to:

           • Excessive wear

           • Visible scratches

           • Warped acetate from exposure to extreme heat

           • Any type of abuse or mistreatment

12. HOW SHOULD I TAKE CARE OF MY GLASSES OR SUNGLASSES?

Our eyewear is created with high-quality acetates and premium metals, so be sure to take care of your frames. Each pair comes with a cleaning cloth to clean the lenses and a hard case to protect your glasses. Do not leave your glasses in a car in the sun, as the temperature inside the car might cause the acetate to warp and flex out of alignment. Be sure not to set your glasses face down on any surfaces or to expose them to rough textures such as sand. Do not use any chemicals on your lenses as they may strip away their coating.
