SHIPPING

Orders will be dispatched on regular business days, Monday to Friday and shipped through our partner couriers (DHL Express, GLS or DPD). When your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive the tracking information via e-mail.

1. SHIPPING RATES

- Portugal: free shipping
- EU countries: €10
- European Non-EU countries: €15
- Rest of the World: €25
- Russia & Brazil - We do not ship to these countries due to customs restrictions

Our official online store provides overseas shipping; however, we operate on a DAP (Delivered at Place) basis. This means that customers are responsible for any outstanding import taxes, clearance fees or any other additional charges which are set by the customs authorities of the destination country. The default shipping fees provided are for orders of a maximum of 2 items (sunglasses or optical frames). For orders over 2 items (sunglasses or optical frames) the shipping fee is subject to recalculation (according to weight and package size). For orders where free shipping is applied this shipping fee is taken into account and invoiced at a 100% discount.

2. FREE SHIPPING

Portugal - We offer free shipping on all domestic orders.
Rest of the World - Free shipping on any order with amount equal to or greater than 250€.

3. ORDER CONFIRMATION

You will receive an order confirmation by e-mail shortly after placing your order.

4. SHIPPING CONFIRMATION

As soon as your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email. This email will include tracking information. Please note that during Portuguese national holidays, orders may take up to 3 business days to dispatch.

5. SHIPPING AND COLLECTING PACKAGES

Once your parcel has been shipped you will receive the tracking information by email. The package will be delivered to the address you have stated as your delivery address. Thus, you should be present at the specified shipping address at the time of delivery.

6. DELIVERY TIME

Our aim is to deliver your order within a maximum period of 3 business days from the day you received the shipping confirmation. However, we are not able to guarantee this.

7. WRONG PRODUCT SENT

In the event that the wrong product has been sent to you, we will resolve the issue by sending you the correct item absent of shipping costs, once we have received the wrong item from you. Any costs incurred on your behalf for the return of the wrong item shall also be refunded by us once we receive the goods.

8. LOST OR DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

If the goods are lost or damaged in transit, please let us know within 15 days from the time your order was placed, so that we can make a claim against the carrier. We will offer you the choice of a replacement or a full refund.

9. CURRENCIES

FORA is not responsible for any currency exchange rates applied by the issuer of your payment method. All charges are made in EUR, subject to the exchange rate applied by the issuer of your chosen payment method.
