Shipping

Orders will be dispatched on regular business days, Monday to Friday and shipped through our trusted global partners (GLS, TNT or FedEx). When your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive the tracking information via e-mail.

EU countries: No import duties will be charged.

UK: Import duties, custom fees and taxes are included in the final price at checkout. Shipments are dispatched from Portugal with Delivery Duty Paid.

For all other shipments outside the EU, import duties may be due, payable to the carrier by the customer, according to local legislation. We have no control over these taxes and cannot predict the associated costs.

FORA ships worldwide except for Russia & Brazil, due to customs restrictions.

We offer free shipping on all orders from continental Portugal.

For orders where free shipping is applied, the shipping fee is taken into account and invoiced at a 100% discount.

You will receive an order confirmation by e-mail shortly after placing your order. As soon as your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please note that during Portuguese national holidays, orders may take up to 3 business days to dispatch.

Our aim is to deliver your order within a maximum period of 6 business days from the day you received the shipping confirmation. However, exact timing depends on the location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

If the wrong product has been sent to you, we will resolve the issue by sending you the correct item free of shipping costs once we have received the incorrect item back.

If the goods are lost or damaged in transit, please let us know within 15 days from the time your order was placed so we can make a claim against the carrier. We will offer a replacement or a full refund.

FORA is not responsible for any currency exchange rates applied by the issuer of your payment method. All charges are made in EUR or USD, subject to the exchange rate applied by your payment provider.
