Returns & Exchanges

1. EXCHANGE / RETURN PERIOD

We offer a 14-day no-quibble returns policy from the delivery date of your package. You may request to return or exchange any item.

2. AUTHORIZATION

To receive return/exchange authorization, please email orders@fora.pt with your order number.

Please explain the reason for your return/exchange so we can continuously improve our products and service.

3. CONDITIONS

All merchandise must be returned unworn, in like-new condition, and in original packaging. The order confirmation or invoice must be presented to complete the process.

4. AVAILABLE RETURN CHANNEL

Items purchased through our official online store (fora.pt) require prior authorization via email.

Approved returns may be shipped to our HQ or brought to our official retail stores (excluding third-party stockists).

6. SHIPPING COSTS

FORA is not responsible for return shipping costs.

If your order qualified for free shipping but, after a return, the remaining order value no longer meets the free shipping threshold, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Example:
You place an order with free shipping. After returning one or more items, the remaining order value falls below the free shipping minimum. In this case, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refunded amount.

7. REFUNDS

Refunds are processed within 30 days after we receive and inspect the returned items.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Duties, taxes or additional charges are non-refundable.

8. WRONG PRODUCT SENT

If the wrong item is delivered, we will send the correct product once we receive the incorrect one — without additional shipping costs.

Return shipping costs for the wrong item will also be refunded.

9. LOST OR DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

Please notify us within 15 days of placing your order if goods are lost or damaged.

We will open a carrier claim and offer a replacement or full refund.

10. REJECTION OF DELIVERY PACKAGE

If a package is rejected without prior notice to orders@fora.pt, FORA is not responsible for return shipping costs, taxes, or customs fees (if applicable).

11. PENALTY FEE

Orders of 5 or more frames: If all frames are returned, a 10% penalty fee applies to the total order value.

Lenses:
Single vision & blue-light lenses → 20% penalty fee on lens value.
Polarized & customized lenses → 10% penalty fee on lens value.
