To receive return/exchange authorization, please email orders@fora.pt with your order number.

Please explain the reason for your return/exchange so we can continuously improve our products and service.

All merchandise must be returned unworn, in like-new condition, and in original packaging. The order confirmation or invoice must be presented to complete the process.

Items purchased through our official online store (fora.pt) require prior authorization via email.

Approved returns may be shipped to our HQ or brought to our official retail stores (excluding third-party stockists).

FORA is not responsible for return shipping costs.

Portugal: Free shipping applies. If all items are returned, standard shipping (5€ Mainland / 10€ Islands) will be deducted from the refund.

International: Free shipping applies for orders over 250€. If the final order value drops below 250€ after returns, the applicable shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.

Example:
Order of 296€ → Free shipping applied.
Destination: France (15€ shipping).
One item (148€) is returned.
Updated order value: 148€.
Shipping cost (15€) is deducted from refund.

Refunds are processed within 30 days after we receive and inspect the returned items.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Duties, taxes or additional charges are non-refundable.

If the wrong item is delivered, we will send the correct product once we receive the incorrect one — without additional shipping costs.

Return shipping costs for the wrong item will also be refunded.

Please notify us within 15 days of placing your order if goods are lost or damaged.

We will open a carrier claim and offer a replacement or full refund.

If a package is rejected without prior notice to orders@fora.pt, FORA is not responsible for return shipping costs, taxes, or customs fees (if applicable).
