SALES ASSISTANT - PORTO

Founded in 2014, FORA is an independent eyewear brand based in Lisbon, Portugal, specialising in high-quality eyewear.
We are currently looking for a Sales Assistant to join the team at our new store opening soon in Foz, Porto.

Availability

  • Part-time or full-time position (20–40 hours per week).

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in retail sales or customer service.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new systems.
  • Proactive, reliable and committed attitude.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays.
  • High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
  • Fluency in English.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver a personalised customer experience, providing advice on our products and services.
  • Support the organisation and replenishment of stock on the shop floor.
  • Process sales transactions and payments.
  • Assist with stock management and inventory control.
  • Support promotional campaigns and visual merchandising initiatives.
  • Maintain a clean, organised and welcoming retail environment.
