1. WHERE DO YOU SHIP?

FORA ships worldwide, with the exception of Russia and Brazil.

2. HOW LONG SHOULD IT TAKE FOR MY GLASSES TO ARRIVE?

Typical delivery takes 2-3 business days to arrive. After the order is made we will send you the receipt with all the information you need. The shipping cost varies between 0€-20€ and it will depend exclusively on your geographic location.

3. CAN I RETURN / EXCHANGE MY ORDER?

Yes, you can return/exchange your order (except in the specific case when polarized or prescription lenses have been applied) with shipping costs at your expense, during 14 days from the delivery of your package. In order to receive a return/exchange authorization please send us an email (orders@fora.pt)  at the earliest possibility clearly explaining the reason for your return/exchange.

All merchandise must be returned/exchanged unworn and in like-new condition with the original packaging. Items must be returned accompanied by the official documentation (original receipt).

4. WHICH PAYMENT METHOD DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay and PayPal payments from customers worldwide.

5. I DON’T KNOW THE SIZE OF THE SUNGLASSES / GLASSES?

You can find it on our product description and details when you have selected a frame.

6. DO YOU HAVE DIFFERENT TYPES OF LENSES?

Yes! If you’re interested to know more about it or customize your sunglasses with different ZEISS® lenses (e.g. polarized lenses, mirrored lenses, etc) please send us an email to orders@fora.pt 

7. WHAT KIND OF PROTECTION DO YOUR GLASSES / SUNGLASSES HAVE?

The sun lenses and optical lenses fitted in FORA frames are from ZEISS® and comply with all major international safety provisions featuring 100% protection against UVA/UVB, and are designed to protect against the sun and wind.

8. HOW DO I BUY PRESCRIPTION GLASSES?

Do you have your full eyeglass prescription with you? Including your pupil distance for both eyes? If yes, then send us an email to orders@fora.pt and we’ll gladly give you an estimated value with our ZEISS® optical lenses and provide you with 10% discount on your FORA optical frames.

If you wish to buy in person you can take your glasses to one of our flagship stores (Chiado or Prata) where our optical technicians can help you select the right style, customize your frames with different ZEISS® lenses, and fill your prescription in 20 minutes.

9. WHICH CARRIER DO YOU USE?

For shipping purposes, we use TNT, FedEX or DHL service depending on your location.

10. WHERE CAN I BUY MY GLASSES OR SUNGLASSES IN-STORE?

If you wish to buy your glasses in person, you can either buy them in our flagship stores (Chiado or Prata) or retail partners.

11. DO YOU OFFER WARRANTY?

All FORA eyewear is warranted for twenty-four months (2 years) from the date of purchase against manufacturer defects. Coverage is valid only with the proof of purchase (original receipt) from FORA or from an authorized FORA dealer. Alteration of FORA products will void warranty. During the term of this warranty, FORA will replace any current style, which is deemed by FORA to possess a manufacturer’s defect. Scratched lenses or other wear and tear as a result of normal use are not covered by this warranty.

Certain conditions may invalidate warranty coverage including but not limited to:

           • Excessive wear

           • Visible scratches

           • Warped acetate from exposure to extreme heat

           • Any type of abuse or mistreatment

12. HOW SHOULD I TAKE CARE OF MY GLASSES OR SUNGLASSES?

Our eyewear is created with high-quality acetates and premium metals, so be sure to take care of your frames. Each pair comes with a cleaning cloth to clean the lenses and a hard case to protect your glasses. Do not leave your glasses in your car, as heat from the car causes the acetate to warp and flex out of alignment. Be sure not to lay your glasses face down or any surfaces or to expose them to rough textures such as sand. Do not use any chemicals on your lenses as they may strip away their coating.

13. PENALTY FEE

In the specific case that a customer orders five or more items (sunglasses or optical frames) in one single order and decides to return all items, a penalty fee of 10% will be applied on the overall order value. This fee will be used to cover the logistics cost associated with the order such as handling, packing, shipping and receiving the returned order.
